Welcome to Athletic Fielding. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and products, including in-person coaching sessions and digital online programmes.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Athletic Fielding provides:

  • In-person coaching sessions focused on cricket fielding

  • Digital, downloadable online fielding programmes

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase our services, or have parental/guardian consent for bookings under that age.

 

3. Payments​

Digital Products:

  • All digital programme sales are final

  • Once purchased, digital products are delivered via email or account download

  • No refunds will be provided for digital products unless required by law

 

4. Use of Digital Products

Digital programmes are for personal use only. You may not:

  • Share, copy, distribute or resell any content

  • Upload content to third-party platforms

  • Use the material for commercial purposes without prior written permission

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Athletic Fielding, including videos, text, graphics and logos, is the property of the business and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Assumption of Risk

Fielding training, like all physical activity, carries inherent risks. By participating in our services, you agree that:

  • You are physically capable of engaging in cricket fielding activities

  • You take full responsibility for any injury or health issue resulting from participation

  • Athletic Fielding is not liable for injuries sustained during or after training sessions or use of digital products

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Athletic Fielding shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

  • Losses resulting from use or inability to use our products or services

  • Injury, health complications or loss of equipment during in-person coaching

 

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use and protect your information.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are published indicates your acceptance of those changes.
