At Athletic Fielding, we provide digital training programmes and occasional physical merchandise such as branded T-shirts. This policy outlines how we handle delivery and refunds for both product types.

Shipping Policy

Digital Products (Online Programmes)
Digital products are delivered automatically via email or direct download immediately after successful payment.


If you haven’t received your programme within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact us at:

Physical Products (e.g. T-shirts)

In-Stock Orders

  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail within 2–3 business days

  • UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated

 

Pre-Paid T-Shirt Runs (Pre-Orders)
From time to time, we offer limited-edition, made-to-order T-shirt runs.

  • Customers will be notified of an estimated dispatch date when purchasing (usually 2–4 weeks from order close)

  • Email updates are sent throughout the process, including shipping confirmation

  • If delays occur, we will inform you via email

 

Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of instant-access digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience access issues or technical errors, please get in touch within 7 days so we can assist.

 

Physical Products

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

 

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel a pre-order anytime before the order window closes

  • After the cut-off date, cancellations cannot be accepted, as production will have started

  • All estimated timelines and deadlines are stated clearly on the product page

 

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You will receive confirmation by email once your refund has been processed.
